Pastor Joshua Jung said that prayer is like breathing. Without prayer, we cannot survive spiritually.
Prayer is a conversation between God and us.
Prayer is also a sign that we are including God in our lives. Therefore, we need to begin and end everything with prayer.
(For example, before eating, before driving, before performing, before we start our day, as soon as we enter a house, and before sleeping.)
The best type of prayer is sincere prayer. When we are sincere, honest, and we really mean it from the bottom of our hearts, that is the prayer that is relayed to God.
In prayer, we need to be considerate of our counterpart and observe prayer ettiquette as we would in conversing with other people. So the following is the format recommended.
Thank You (Thank you for keeping me safe today.)
Sorry (Sorry that I didn't realize how You've been working in my life.)
Promises ( I will testify for all that You do for me.)
Wishes (Please keep me safe tomorrow as well.
