Eating healthy will guarantee a better outcome of your physical, mental, and even your spiritual performance. What you eat becomes fuel for your body or it can cause sluggishness. Here are some tips to eat healthier.

1. Eat more vegetables
2. Drink sufficient amount of water (not too little and even not too much.)
3. Replace sweets with fruits
4. Eat slowly and chew thoroughly (think: savor each bite)
5. Eat at the right time (within one hour of waking up, and every 4-5 hours)
6. Cook your food instead of microwaving it or going for fast food.
7. Eat only until you're not hungry anymore.
8. Eat a balance of protein, carbohydrates, sugars, and fat, yes, even fat. (eliminating any of the food groups could be depriving your body of needed nutrients. Results can be hair loss, fatigue, dizziness, sallow skin, dry skin, and inability to concentrate.)
9. Don't eat too much of anything. (ex. sweets, fried foods, meats, etc.)
10. Don't starve yourself or overeat. (Both of these behaviors may damage your stomach or metabolism.)
